Packaging
All orders are shipped securely in a bubble envelope or a box/hard mailer, chosen to suit the book. Fragile or valuable volumes are boxed with additional protection.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States. International orders are welcome by arrangement: email info@cloudrunnerbooks.com with the item number and your country and we will quote the postage before you commit.
Cost and service
Shipping is quoted per order when we confirm it, based on the book’s weight and your address, so you always see the exact total before paying. Within the US, standard shipping is USPS Media Mail; faster services are available on request at cost. Multiple books ordered together ship together at a combined rate.
Handling time
Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days of payment. You will receive tracking information by email when the package is on its way.
Delivery estimates
USPS Media Mail typically arrives in 2–8 business days within the US; faster services in 1–3. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact info@cloudrunnerbooks.com within 30 days of dispatch. Keep the packaging if the book was damaged — a photograph of it helps us claim with the carrier — and we will replace the book where possible or refund you in full.
