We describe every copy honestly and in detail, and we want you to be satisfied with what arrives. If a book is not as described, we will make it right.
Not as described
If the book you receive differs from its listing — condition, edition, printing, completeness, signature, or anything else described — let us know within [30] days of delivery. We will refund the full price and the original shipping, and cover return postage. Email info@cloudrunnerbooks.com with the item number and, if you can, a photograph of the issue.
Changed your mind
Returns for any other reason are accepted within [30] days of delivery, provided the book comes back in the condition it was sent. We refund the price of the book; return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless we agreed otherwise.
How to return a book
- Email info@cloudrunnerbooks.com with the item number and reason before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and give you the address.
- Pack the book as carefully as it was sent to you.
- Send it with tracking. Refunds are issued within [5] business days of the book arriving back with us, to the original payment method.
Condition grading
Our Book Condition Guidelines explains what each grade means. Used books show wear consistent with their grade; that wear, when it matches the description, is not a defect.
